Buying from this company for over 10 years and today I am totally blown away by the lack of customer care and quite frankly disgusting sarcastic attitude of the manager. Loyalty gets you know where these days
I use this company regularly and the service is excellent and deliveries are prompt. Would highly recommend.
Very poor customer service. Some months back we purchased a reception desk from this company. After just a few months it started to change colour from white to a disgusting yellow colour. But only on certain parts of the desk! So we now have a multi coloured reception desk. We contacted the company who said they would look into it. Several phone calls later and several months later I had to write to them because we had heard nothing. Having just received a letter back and being told our reception desk could be resprayed and this would take approximately a week. We were therefore suppose to run a busy salon without a reception. I said we couldnt manage that way. I have been told that the colour change is due to environmental issues! What they maybe I have no idea. No one else apparently has had this problem. I had said I would contact Trading Standards to see what they said and Salonserve have just replied for us to do that. After 10 years in the industry buying the majority of our products from them, spending thousands of pounds, this is the way we are treated. They maybe cheaper but thats obviosuly not always a good thing. To say I am disappointed in this company is an understatement, what has happened to loyalty and respect for your customers. Please be aware that they obviously dont guarantee faulty products. They obviously dont understand the need for a reception desk in a busy salon, maybe they dont have desks themselves! A very disheartened Salon owner.

My facial machine malfunctioned (stressful!) The customer service lady was kind and helpful, and the Managing Director was positive and upbeat about doing his best to resolve the problem; he fixed it promptly by resetting the electronics. Thank you! Great customer service - much appreciated
